Welsh look forward to Bousfield appearance

Students, staff and brass band fans are looking forward to hearing one of the world's finest trombone players in action this Friday.

Ian Bousfield will be performing in Cardiff on Friday 13th February at 7.30pm.

Trombone star Ian Bousfield will head to Cardiff on Friday 13th February (7.30pm) to join the RWCM&D Brass Band in concert.

Concertos

He will give showcase performances of Buxton Orr's 'Trombone Concerto' and Grant Kirkhope's 'KirkFeld Concerto' accompanied by the RWCM&D Brass Band under the direction of Dr Robert Childs.

The band will also provide substantial offerings in the form of Eric Ball's 'Journey into Freedom' as well works by Edward Gregson, Goff Richards, Jonathan Bates, Norman Gimbel and Fredrick Schjelderup.
