Judges confirmed for West of England Area Championships

The judges who will make the all important decisions in Torquay have been announced.

  The event takes place on the weekend of the 14th & 15th March

The West of England Brass Band Associations (WEBBA) has announced the line-up of adjudicators for the 2026 West of England Regional Championships.

The event which is set to feature 75 bands will take place over the weekend of the 14th & 15th March at The Riviera International Centre and Upton Vale Baptist Church, Torquay.

Two bands in addition to the pre-qualified Flowers, will gain an invitation to the Royal Albert Hall National Final.

Judges:

Championship Section: Leigh Baker; Alan Morrison
Section One: Anne Crookston; Leigh Baker
Sections Two: Stephanie Binns; Alan Morrison
Section Three: Michael Alcorn; Stephanie Binns
Section Four: Michael Alcorn; Alan Duguid

Schedule:

Saturday 14th March:
Sections Four and One: Riviera International Centre
Section Two: Upton Vale Baptist Church

Sunday 15th March:
Section Three and Championship Section: Riviera International Centre
