British Open champion Brighouse & Rastrick will take to the stage at the RNCM International Brass Band Festival featuring their new trombone team line-up.
Following recent departures, it will see Joe Heartfield steps up from second trombone to the solo trombone seat, whilst the band welcomes the return of Steven Walker to fill that role. Recent signing Olli Atherton will make his major concert debut with the band on bass trombone.
The trio made their first appearance together at the band's recent concert at Hull City Hall.
Exciting new team
On making the announcement that band stated: "This exciting new team puts us in great stead for 2026, as we look to retain our British Open title and, hopefully, add a few more trophies to the cabinet."
