Boarshurst's Prophet making comes to an end

The musical partnership between Senior Trophy winner and Jamie Prophet has come to an end.

The band claimed the Senior Trophy under Jamie's baton in Blackpool in May.

2025 Senior Trophy Champion Boarshurst Silver has announced the departure of Musical Director Jamie Prophet.

Since joining the North West band in 2021, the former principal trumpet player of the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra has driven their promotion back to the Championship Section, as well as taking a significant step closer to a historic return to the British Open by winning the Spring Festival Senior Trophy in Blackpool in May. They also enjoyed success at local and regional events.
