The book which has been curated by his widow Marcia has already gained widespread critical acclaim.
It features correspondence from throughout his life from the likes of Benjamin Britten, Sir John Barbirolli and Andre Previn to John Pickard, William Matthias and Richard Rodeny Bennett, which sit alongside those to and from the likes of Peter Parkes and others from the brass band world.
