Dave Houghton at Doodles Mouthpiece replating has been busy keeping up with an ever-expanding order book as customers from all corners of the country contact him to ask about his services.

"It' has been very busy since the British Open and National Finals," he told 4BR. "More and more people want to ensure their beloved mouthpieces are given an upgrade without losing any of the characteristics that made them choose their model in the first place."

Dave added: "We had 16 in for different finishes last week alone, and we have managed to do everyone of them to the specifications asked for. The responses from customers has been so encouraging for a small company and shows that quality and service are always valued."
