BrookWright Music
The latest release is of the famous 'Canon in D'

The latest release from BrookWright Music is a superbly crafted arrangement by William Himes of Johann Pachelbel's 'Canon in D'.

Arguably one of the most popular and enduring of his many works, its foundation bass line and lyrical imitative themes are particularly well suited for concerts or as a wedding processional.

William Himes' flexible scoring means that it is playable by as few as 12 players, but works equally well with a traditional size band. There is an optional cut reducing the total length of the piece by around 1.30 minutes if required. The arrangement is also available for brass choir.
