Proms in the Park

The wonderful 'Proms in the Playground' starts on Monday 8th July all across England, spanning a three-week period of the school term from 8th — 26th July.

The scheme aims to connect brass bands with schools, creating mutually beneficial relationships that will get young people excited about brass banding, by encouraging and supporting bands to perform in their local school playground.

The composition has taken inspiration from the herbs and plants found in the band's local area and will be performed against a wonderful backdrop.
