Christmas is coming and despite the unseasonably warm weather so too is that festive favourite 'The Snowman'

The Wantage Band will once again accompany the magical Raymond Brigg's story in four performances at 'The Beacon' in Wantage — providing the soundtrack to the 1982 masterpiece on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th December.

The band will also add to the Christmas spirit with other festive favourites such as 'Jingle Bells', 'Frosty the Snowman' and 'Frozen 2'. Each performance will last an hour and is perfect for families of all ages.

Joy

A spokesperson told 4BR: "It's a joy to perform the soundtrack to 'The Snowman'. There are so many 'goosebump moments' and we can't wait for the weekend of performances once again!"

There are still some tickets left which can be booked at www.beaconwantage.co.uk/events/wantage-silver-band-the-snowman
