With tickets selling fast, we speak to Nigel Stevens, CEO of the Brass in Concert Championships.

We find out what the contest offers — from the great education work that provides a great local link to banding communities, to the contest day itself and sneak preview of what some of the programmes have been inspired by.

Nigel also pays tribute to Jackie Beere, a rock of support and determination whose passing will be marked at this year's event.
