The Elgar International Brass Band Summer School (EIBBSS) has announced that it is now accepting enrolment from delegates for its 2024 course.

With the 2023 event led by Philip Harper already sold out, the organisers told 4BR that they were giving people the opportunity to secure their place for 2024 before the full house signs are posted again.

A spokesperson told 4BR: "The 2023 course is full, although people can join a reserve list if they wish, so we have opened the process for 2024 so people can secure their places as soon as possible."

The 2024 EIBBSS course will be led by Artistic Director Phillip Harper and supported by a world class team of tutors. It will run from Sunday 21st July 2024 until Friday 26th July 2024 with delegates having the option of additional accommodation on Saturday 20th July and/or Saturday 27th July.

The 2024 EIBBSS course will be held at Bromsgrove School which provides first class facilities and is central to Birmingham and all transport routes.
