Speaking about the appointment, Mark Bromley said: "We're delighted to welcome Louise. She will be a key member of the leadership team of the NYBBGB, with the purpose of helping develop and deliver the organisation's funding development strategy, which in turn will support the organisation in its plans to make the Band more accessible to a broader range of people."
