The competition has two classes: one open to all UK university students and recent graduates, and another open to Durham University students and recent graduates.

All compositions will be judged anonymously. Submissions are also encouraged to include some accompanying notes about the composition4BR

Competitive

Both classes are offering prizes of £100, with the work published with a competitive royalty agreement. It will also be performed by Durham University Brass Band in the upcoming academic year.

All compositions will be judged anonymously. Submissions are also encouraged to include some accompanying notes about the composition.
