4BR has been informed that the East Anglian Brass Band Association's Solo & Quartet Contest and accompanying concert to be performed by Leyland Band, which was due to take place in Norwich on 31st May, have been cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Association Secretary Christine Wade said: "Except during the war years EABBA has presented a concert by one of the top bands in the country since its formation in 1931.
It is very sad to have to cancel this year's event but plans are in place for the 2021 contest and concert."
