Brass Band Players Registry changes working arrangements

You can still make sure your registration details are up to date even though the BBP Registry has been hit by the Coronavirus pandemic.

Registry
The Brass Band Players Registry will still be open for business

The Brass Band Players Registry has announced that due to the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic it has changed its workplace arrangements for the foreseeable future.

All postal mail will now be picked up once a week.

Send cards in

A spokesperson told 4BR: "All bands are welcome to send their cards in for re-validation at any time, even if they're not due for several months, as we will add either 12 or 24 months onto your existing expiry date.

Payment can be made via cheque/cash/BACS, or we can invoice you with return paperwork to sort out at a later date."

Housekeeping

The spokesperson also stated that the break in rehearsals did however offer the opportunity for some administrative 'housekeeping' jobs, with the opportunity to bring up to date cancellation, name changes (marriage/divorce/deed poll/gender alteration etc), updated digital photos and new registration cards.

All can be posted of emailed to: PO Box 53, Penarth, Wales. CF64 5XY or office@bbpregistry.com
