Develop

His early conducting lessons were at Warwick University in the UK, which gave him a desire to explore and develop his brass band conducting career.

He did this in his home country with Nordbayerische Blaserakademie, the Conservatorio Claudio Monterverdi in Bolzano in Italy with Thomas Doss and at the Hochschule der Kunste Bern in Switzerland.

Stefan regularly participates in further education and masterclasses where he is able to further his conducting learning with many notable European conductorsBrass Band Regensburg

Look forward

A band spokesperson told 4BR: "Stefan regularly participates in further education and masterclasses where he is able to further his conducting learning with many notable European conductors.

We welcome him and look forward to working with him to continue the band's recent successes."
