4BR has been informed that the closing date for the 2019 West of England Bandsmen's Festival will be Saturday 4th May.

With an attractive selection of test-piece music and a very generous prize fund and plethora of trophies, including the unique Royal Trophy, the contest will be held on June 15th in the Cornish village of Bugle.
