4BR has been informed that the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain is seeking to appoint a new Senior House Staff Lead.
The post plays a key part in supporting the Course Administrator in ensuring that the pastoral care of the National Youth Brass Band runs smoothly for the two, one week courses a year at Easter and towards the end of July/beginning of August, as well as any concerts the band performs.
Exciting opportunity
A spokesperson told 4BR: "This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, caring and has good leadership skills. A passion and love for the National Youth Brass Band is highly desirable of course!"
4BR was informed that the successful applicant must be able to adhere to policies in respect to safeguarding as well as support other members of the house staff in doing the same.
An enhanced DBS will be necessary, together with first aid skills and up to date safeguarding training, and candidates should be certified Licensed Chaperones.
