Webster and Schwartz head to Germany

Roger Webster and Philippe Schwartz will be in Germany this weekend to lead three day course at Folkwang University of Arts Essen.

Roger Webster will lead workshops alongside Philippe Schwartz and course director Chris Houlding.

Besson artists Roger Webster and Philippe Schwartz will take part in brass band development course in Germany this week directed by the respected teacher, conductor, professional trombonist Prof. Chris Houlding.

Three day course

Supported by Besson, the three day course takes place at the Folkwang University of Arts Essen, beginning on Thursday 21st March and will include sectional rehearsals and coaching sessions culminating in a final concert on Saturday 23rd March.

Repertoire will include favourites from Wilfred Heaton, Jacob Vilhelm Larsen, Paul Lovatt Cooper, Howard Snell, John Williams and Philip Sparke.
