Watership Brass enjoyed their recent visit to Prague and the Czech Republic

Watership Brass has recently returned from their 8th overseas tour — this time to Prague in the Czech Republic.

The band performed in three concerts over the long Bank Holiday weekend, the first of which was at the beautiful St. Nicholas Church in the centre of the Old Town Square in the heart of the city.

Fantastic experience

A spokesperson told 4BR: "The band made the most of the acoustic and played to a full house of invited audience members. It was a fantastic experience."

It was followed over the next few days with a concert in a local park in the spa town of Podebrady as well as at Prague Castle where they played a morning concert in the square to an audience of enthusiastic tourists.

Beautiful city

The spokesperson added: "It was a great way to end the musical aspect of the tour. Watership Brass have been on many tours in the past but this one stands out as one of the favourites.

Prague is a beautiful city and we had plenty of time to explore and socialize."
