Keith will continue to raise funds for the life saving Air Ambulance Service

Baritone soloist Keith Muggeridge continues to raise much needed funds for the Thames Valley Air Ambulance Service, with the successful release of his CD 'Flight' accompanied by a series of concert appearances.

Following a successful event with Foresters Brass in June, Keith is set to perform with the Longridge Band at their forthcoming Midsummer Proms concert on Saturday 14th July at Longridge Civic Hall.

Patriotic fervous

This annual event is one of the most popular in the band's concert calendar, with the usual 'Last Night of the Proms' celebrations surely to be enhanced with patriotic fervour if the England football team get through to the World Cup Final.

Keith for one is certainly looking forward to performing with Longridge conducted by his good friend Mark Peacock.

Raise funds

He told 4BR: "The band has been so supportive during my long period of recovery, so this was my way to thank them and to help raise funds for a wonderful, life saving service.

They are such a committed band that is heading in the right direction under Mark's excellent direction. I couldn't have asked for a better way to enjoy such a great evening of music making."

Keith will perform 'Napoli' in the first half, a solo that he played extensively with Fairey Band in the 1990's. In the second half he will also perform 'Carrickfegus' arranged by Stephen Roberts, which is also featured on his CD.

The CD itself will also be on sale at the event (priced at £13.95), with all the money raised going to Thames Valley Air Ambulance Service
