Gray to lead Burbage Conducting workshop

The Burbage Band Buxton will be holding a special 'Conductor's Training Workshop' on 27th October.

It will be led by Russell Gray and will be aimed at helping young or inexperienced conductors — or even those who are thinking of taking their first steps to picking up the brass band baton.

Spokesperson and conductor Steve Critchlow told 4BR: "The event stems from our own very positive experience of working with Russell — and the benefit everyone got from it."

Wish to take part?

Places are limited to a maximum of 10 to ensure all delegates get plenty of stick time in front of the First Section band. The cost is just £75 per delegate including lunch.
