Barnwell Country Park in Northants will host its sixth Music in the Park event next month.

Six bands will provide the musical entertainment on Saturday, 7th July — with Corby Silver, Rushden Town, Stamford Town, Thrapston Town, Towcester Studio and Yarwell & Nassington Britannia Brass each giving 50-minute programmes throughout the day.

The music commences 11.00am with additional attractions of plenty of beer and barbecues available from Digfield Ales and Seven Wells Butchers4BR

World Premiere

Sponsored by East Midlands Music thanks to Big Lottery funding help, the event is now part of Oundle International Festival, and will be rounded off with a massed bands slot which includes the world premiere of a newly commissioned work, 'Ciric Street' by Calin Huma.

The music commences 11.00am with additional attractions of plenty of beer and barbecues available from Digfield Ales and Seven Wells Butchers.
