Boobs & Brass have been overwhelmed by the response of fans and supports from around the banding world following their final Yorkshire concert appearance alongside Brighouse & Rastrick at Huddersfield Town Hall.
Emotional
Maggie Betts told 4BR that the whole event was emotional for a variety of reasons: "It really was. We hired two coaches to get the 65 players to the concert — and we even stopped off halfway to enjoy a picnic with the sandwiches we made.
The warmth of the welcome from Brighouse & Rastrick was incredible and the generosity of the packed audience was heartfelt.
It's always an emotional occasion when we perform, but this was something different — real hairs on the back of the neck stuff — and not just because I was sat in front of the band's amazing trombone section!"

Amazing
Maggie added: "The band played so well and we were on such a high all the way home. It was an amazing concert with amazing friends and all organised so brilliantly.
All I've been doing since the concert finished is replying to e-mails and phone calls. Now we are planning for something just as special at our last concert at Lincoln Cathedral on 13th October."
