The recent Yorkshire Regional Championships in Huddersfield enjoyed worldwide media coverage thanks to the brass banding press — but it also captured the imagination of at least one leading national newspaper.

Lorne Campbell of the Press Association was on hand to capture images before and after with the likes of Brighouse & Rastrick (above) and used by 4BR, whilst the 'The Guardian' newspaper has published the pictures of Ian Forsyth of Getty Images for a feature that appeared on their on-line edition today (Monday 5th March).
Imges from Lorne also appeared in the 'Sunday Telegraph' and 'The Observer' whilst Ian's pictures were also seen in the 'Sunday Times'.
