Mealor and Moore in Dyke focus

Black Dyke's appearance on Saturday night included the world premiere of Paul Mealor's 'Paradise' where the Yorkshire champion was joined on stage by the 170 voices of the Sheffield Philharmonic Chorus.

The performance was conducted by the highly respected choral director and organist, Darius Battiwalla.

Prof Nicholas Childs was at the helm for 'Journey into Freedom, 'Un Vie de Matelot' and the world premiere of Peter Graham's 'New York Movie'. His music also appears courtesy of 'Radio City' featuring a stunning performance from trombonist, Peter Moore.
