Pennine Music has announced some fantastic festive music that is part of their exciting 2017 Christmas catalogue releases.
Pennine Music' s Gavin Somerset told 4BR: "Every year bands strive to bring something different to their Christmas concerts to ensure their audiences are entertained.
This year we have five new works that fit the bill perfectly — festive, fun and just a little bit different."
Tuba treat
Leading the bill is the quirky new EEb bass solo, 'Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree' — great fun and the clever way to feature a tuba player with a touch of style.
Festive opener
And from the pen of one of the country's most sought after brass band composers comes 'To Set The World Aglow' by Andi Cook.
Following his evocative setting of the hymn tune 'Manchester', this stunning festive opener takes inspiration from many of the popular bell themed carols to combine them into a starter that will make an immediate concert impression.
Something a little different
Meanwhile, for those looking for something a little different, three more cracking releases come in the form of 'Christmas Jig', 'In The Blue Mid-Winter' and 'Masters in this Hall'.
