The organisers of the Leicestershire BBA 'Open Contest' are reminding bands that there is not long left to get their entries in for this year's competition.

The annual own choice event offers six different sections, including one for unregistered bands, performing to an adjudication team consisting of Brett Baker, Chris Wormald, David Hirst and Steve Hartley.

Approval

This year's contest will once again take place at the Loughborough Endowed Schools campus on Sunday 19th November, which last year met with great approval from all concerned.

Association Chairman Steve Plant told 4BR: "We're delighted with the feedback we've had about the venue and look forward to working with the school campus again and welcoming our competing bands to Loughborough."
