If any band drawn number 1 at the British Open forgets to bring their parts of the National Anthem to Symphony Hall, then hopefully the organisers won't ask this lot to give a quick rendition instead....

January 20 • Two new episodes see Sandy and Simon talk to Samantha Harrison about her work with Elland Silver Band organisation and with Garry Cutt in paying tribute to the late, great Elgar Howarth.
January 20 • Wantage Band (championship section) has a vacant 2ND CORNET position. This would suit a player with experience in a championship or first section band. Rehearsals take place every Sun 7:30pm and Wed 8pm in Wantage with highly experienced MD Chris King.
January 19 • 2nd Trombone position of this fun loving band. . . Great diary of regular concerts throughout the year, plus at least 2 contests per year. Recently recorded its first CD and off on its second tour in May 2025.
January 18 • 2nd TROMBONE - ELB are looking for a 2nd Trombone player to play at the areas in March. If you are interested in helping out with this temporary role, please reach out. We are a friendly, fun and ambitious band!
