BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra principal trombone player Simon Johnson has been enjoying some extra practice on Glasgow's Buchanan Street with son Sam and daughter Martha (above) ahead of the forthcoming Glasgow Trombone Weekend.
International performers
The festival, which runs from 22nd-25th June, will see international performers including Christian Lindberg and Mnozil Brass descend on the city for concerts, masterclasses and competitions at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Glasgow's City Halls.
