When Stalham Brass Band in Norfolk was asked to provide a special birthday treat for a former Grenadier Guard and bandsman, they were delighted to oblige.

A small ensemble form the band turned up at a local nursing home for the 90th birthday celebrations of Harry West and performed a series of regimental marches and music.

And to round off the celebrations to Harry borrow MD Tim Thirst's cornet and gave a few perfect notes in return!
