Fancy a Cory cornet for Christmas?

You can now get your lips on a cornet played by the 2016 Grand Slam champions as they conquered the world — and all for a brilliant price at Band Supplies.

cORY CORNETS
Philip Harper, Tom Hutchinson and Roger Webster were on hand to to test the new set for the world's number 1 ranked band.

Band Supplies recently met up with Cory MD, Philip Harper, principal cornet Tom Hutchinson and Besson artist Roger Webster to supply the world's number 1 ranked band with a complete set of brand new Besson Prestige cornets.

The trio was on hand to put no less than 15 instruments through their paces to select the nine that blended together best and which will now be sent to Wales for the all conquering Cory cornet section to play on.

Fantastic price

And as part of the deal, Cory traded in the cornets that had propelled them to European, British Open, National Championship and Brass in Concert victories in 2016 — and their old cornets are now available in time for a lucky person to get their lips on in time for Christmas at a fantastic price.

Not only that but each will come with a certificate of provenance to show its ownership history, plus a mouthpiece and valve oil — and a 12 month warranty too!

Banding history

Band Supplies MD Ronnie Tennant told 4BR: "What an opportunity this is for a player to get their hands on an instrument that helped create banding history. Cory demands the best and these German built Besson Prestige cornets are certainly that."

He added: "They are in great condition, play superbly and come with the added extra bonus of being played by the cornet section of the number 1 band in the world. If they are good enough for those brilliant players then I'm sure they will be perfect as a great Christmas present."

...and their old cornets are now available in time for a lucky person to get their lips on in time for Christmas at a fantastic price4BR
