Geneva congratulate partner bands

Geneva Instruments offer their congratulations to their successful partner bands.

Geneva
Geneva offers its congratulations on the success of their partner bands on the weekend.

Geneva Instruments have told 4BR of their delight after a weekend of success for their partner bands at two major events.

British Open

"Our congratulations go to Brighouse & Rastrick (runner-up), Co-operative Funeralcare (8th) and Rothwell Temperance (10th) — a trio of excellent results at the British Open, the most famous brass band contest in the world."

Dr Martin

In addition there was further success for Co-operative Funeralcare (winner) and Reg Vardy (runner-up) at the Doctor Martin Wainstone's Cup contest at Yarm School near Stockton on Tees.

Reg Vardy's fine solo trombone player Andy Enzor won the 'Best Soloist' prize whilst Co-operative Funeralcare also took home with them the prize for 'Best March'.

The spokesperson added: "It was a great weekend for Co-operative Funeralcare and also another fine result for Reg Vardy Band. It shows that many of the best bands in the world now choose to perform on Geneva instruments — and the results prove it."
