Whiston Festival set to feature picnic bands

You cant beat a picnic and a brass band on a Sunday afternoon in Whiston...

The Whiston Festival of Brass will once again be holding a series of open air concerts to be held in the heart of the local village. Everyone will be welcome, and all you have to do is bring along your chairs and blankets and take the opportunity to picnic if you wish as the bands provide the music.

Concerts:

Each concert will begin around 3.00pm.

29th May: Frickley South Elmsall
5th June: Dinnington Colliery
12th June: Whitwell Brass
19th June: Cawthorne
26th June: Maltby Welfare
