European Championships to be broadcast live

The European Championships will be broadcast on the internet this year — so keep your eyes peeled to register!

The main competitions of the 2016 European Championships will be broadcast live this year.

4BR has been informed that Hafabralivestream.nl will broadcast the action from the set-work and own-choice of the Championship Section, the Challenge Section and the Gala Concert from Lille on Friday/Saturday 29th/30th April.

No interruptions

4BR understands that a new broadcasting host will hopefully enable Hafabralivestream.nl to bring the action without any interruptions this year, after the 2015 broadcast encountered problems.

Confident

A spokesperson said: "We are honoured to bring brass band lovers around the world the live broadcast action from the European Championship in Lille.

We have worked very hard to ensure that we will eliminate the type of problems we encountered last year, and we are confident this will enable everyone who signs up for the broadcast to enjoy the experience.

Our team is really looking forward to Lille and to enable everyone around the banding world to enjoy what promises to be a wonderful event."
