Geneva pride at Regional successes

Geneva Instruments has told 4BR of their delight at the success of their sponsorship and partner links at this year's Regional Championships.

Geneva Instruments has told 4BR of their pride at being the Principal Sponsor of a highly successful North of England Championships held at the stunning Gala Theatre in the heart of Durham on the weekend.

Huge success

A spokesperson told 4BR: "The purpose built venue once again proved to be an excellent choice, and along with great performances and very welcome spring sunshine, helped the weekend to be a huge success."

Congratulations

They added: "We would also like to congratulate our Associate Partner Bands, Reg Vardy under Russell Gray (above), who became Regional Champion for the 36th time, Lockwood Brass conducted by John Roberts, who became First Section Champion, and Bearpark & Esh who came runner-up in the Third Section.

We also congratulate our Associate Partners, Co-operative Funeralcare Band conducted by Allan Ramsey who became Scottish Champions and Virtuosi GUS (Adam Cooke) who became Midland Area Champion.

Well done to all bands and we look forward to welcoming them to the National Finals which we proudly sponsor.
