Test-piece previews set for Studentzone

If you want to get to hear all five regional test-pieces — and enjoy a pint in the process — then get along to Manchester Metropolitan University later this month.

The Crewe-based Co-operative Funeralcare Band North-West has arranged its third annual Regional Test-Piece Preview evening.

Free event

The free event will take place at the Studentzone at Manchester Metropolitan University's Cheshire Campus (CW1 5DU) on Saturday 20th February from 7.00-9.30pm, and will feature five bands from the North West and Midlands areas.

The bar will be open from 6.45pm and the music starts at 7.00pm prompt.

The event is supported by Manchester Metropolitan University, and is always well attended. The featured bands will play a warm-up piece of their choice, followed by the section set work.
