4BR has been informed that the experienced conductor Brian Harper will once again join forces with Ocean Brass from Southampton to lead them in their assault on the West of England Second Section Regional Championship in Torquay.

The last time the partnership worked together was in 2014, when they came a very creditable third against a strong field of rivals.

Brian told 4BR: "Having relocated to the area from the North West, I do not currently have a regular contesting band, so it's great to work with Ocean Brass and their MD Ed March again."
