Brass Ten seek dry future

The Yorkshire based Brass Ten ensemble is looking for help securing a dry future home...

Flood

Saltaire based Brass Ten, have become temporarily homeless due to the recent terrible flooding that affected the area.

Six to eight weeks

The band's free rehearsal facilities at Saltaire Sports Club were flooded over the Christmas period and the committee expects it will take six to eight weeks to complete repairs — meaning that Brass Ten are without rehearsal facilities.

New home

"We are a relatively new organisation, so we don't have much money and now, no home,"said Chairman, Ian Mann.

"We are hoping that someone may know of a rehearsal facility we can use for the next few weeks, until we can return to the Saltaire Sports Club. We rehearse on a Thursday evenings and are looking for somewhere close to Saltaire which is central for all members."

We are a relatively new organisation, so we don't have much money and now, no homeChairman, Ian Mann.
