4BR has been informed that the 2016 Colne Valley Solo, Duet & Quartet competition will be held on Sunday 26th June.

Later than usual

A spokesperson told 4BR: "This is later than our traditional timeslot to try and accommodate those who may have exams."

The 2015 event attracted 110 entrants in 14 different classes — it most successful yet at its new venue of Waterhead Academy.
