Dutch band Felison Brass has thanked British conductor David Ashworth after he made a welcome return trip to Holland to help them with their preparation for the forthcoming National Championship in Utrecht in November.

A spokesperson told 4BR: "We had a wonderful time and look back on a very successful study weekend which David led with us.

The response of the band was just remarkable and we feel we have made a great advancement with the music. The whole band worked hard and we enjoyed a great connection with David, Arian de Visser and Felison Brass MD Patricia Geertse."
