The well known former North West conductor Brian Harper will be making a welcome return to the contesting scene next month by judging the OMBBA Solo & Quartet contest in November in Oldham.

Relocation

Earlier this year Brian relocated to East Anglia, and has been thoroughly enjoying life — although the opportunity to return to the banding scene in the North West was too good to miss.
