Cathays Brass in Cardiff has announced the appointment of Martyn Ford as their new Music Director.

Critical acclaim

The former Royal Academy of Music alumnus has gained an international reputation having conducted major symphony orchestras, brass bands and ensembles, as well as gaining critical acclaim for his arrangements and compositions.

Over the years Martyn has worked alongside the likes of The Rolling Stones, Sir Elton John, Sir Paul McCartney, Phil Collins, The Who, Lou Reed and Led Zeppelin, Toto, as well as Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice on the original 'Jesus Christ Superstar' album.
