If you were not one of the lucky people to get a ticket for Black Dyke's recent 160th anniversary concert at Huddersfield Town Hall then do not despair.

The entire concert was recorded for posterity and can currently be heard on David Hoyle's excellent BBC Leeds radio show 'Yorkshire Brass' — for the next 20 or so days too.

So why not tune in, sit back and enjoy Black Dyke, the Yorkshire Youth Band, the Black Dyke Re-union Band and plenty of star soloists on what was a memorable afternoon concert.
