Two of the UK's National banding organisations can be heard in concert this weekend.

Childrens Band

The National Children's Band of Great Britain will be performing under the baton of Prof Nicholas Childs (above) at 400 Hall at Repton School in Derby this afternoon (Saturday 25th July) starting at 2.30pm.

National Youth Band of Wales

Meanwhile, the National Youth Brass Band of Wales will be showing off their talents under MD Philip Harper on the same night — although this time at Gwyn Hall in Neath starting at 7.30pm.

Welsh banding supporters can hear them for a second time at the Dora Stoutzker Hall in Cardiff on Sunday at 1.00pm.
