There is just enough time to grab one of the last remaining tickets to Black Dyke's 160th anniversary concert at Huddersfield Town Hall.
The celebration event takes place on Sunday 12th July starting at 3.00pm with the current European, National and British Open champion set to provide a feast of entertainment under the baton of Director of Music, Professor Nicholas Childs.
Greatest players
Not will fans have the chance to enjoy the current band in fine form, but can also sit back and revel in the sound of the unique 'Black Dyke Re-union Band' made up of many of the greatest players ever to put on the famous Queensbury uniform.
The musical highlights also include performances of classics such as 'Journey into Freedom' as well as the world premiere of a major new work from the pen of their Creative Chair, Peter Graham.
Symphony
Entitled, 'A Symphony of Scarlet & Gold' it will be the musical centerpiece of the event.
Peter himself added: "The 160th Anniversary Concert will be an occasion to savour. I'm honoured to have been invited write 'Symphony of Scarlet & Gold', which is defined in this instance as "a harmonious combination of elements" — something that has been the musical core of Black Dyke ever since it was formed."

Solos
Other items on the first half include solos from Richard Marshall and Gary Curtin with the close to the first half being Black Dyke's 2015 European winning own-choice showpiece, 'Metropolis 1927'.
