Derwent lose key Lock

After 11 years of outstanding commitment, Derwent Brass says a fond farewell to repiano player Chris Lock.

Derwent Brass has said a fond farewell to repiano cornet player Chris Lock.

Travel difficulties have meant that Chris has had to stand down from his position after eleven years of outstanding commitment to the East Midlands band.

New home

The former the principal cornet of the Gresley Band has been an integral part of Derwent's success in recent years and he will now leave to join the Newhall Band, much closer to his home, as principal cornet.
