Hall extension at Tewit Youth

Martin Hall takes on the role of Senior Musical Director at the Tewit Youth Band.

Tewit Youth Band has announced the appointment of Martin Hall as their new Senior Musical Director.

Experience

The member of the National Association of Brass Band Conductors, studied cornet under James Shepherd and has played principal cornet for Wakefield Metropolitan, Knottingley and Drighlington Bands, as well as spells with both Carlton Main Frickley Colliery and Black Dyke.

Martin is a very experienced conductor and his wealth of knowledge will be invaluable in developing our talented young players. It is a great appointment for the band organisationTewit Youth Band

National champion

Martin is also MD of the Skelmanthorpe Band, and previously led South Milford Brass to the Second Section National title in 2012 (above).
