Triple bonus from Geneva

There is a triple bonus of a Lifetime Guarantee, free annual service and 12 months insurance when you purchase a market leading Geneva Instrument.

Guarantee

Geneva Instruments now offer all customers a lifetime guarantee, free annual instrument service and 12 months insurance, absolutely free on all purchases of any of their market leading instruments.

Lifetime Guarantee:

The lifetime guarantee is an assurance to the customer from the manufacturer that the engineering and build quality of their products are unequalled.

That confidence and conviction to customers enables Geneva Instruments to supply every Geneva product with a lifetime guarantee that is covered against manufacturer defects for 100 years or one lifetime — whichever comes first!

If, for whatever reason, an instrument cannot be repaired, Geneva is also committed to supplying the customer with a new instrument in return. If the exact model is no longer available, it will be replaced by the latest equivalent model.

All warranty work is conducted in our fully equipped workshop in North Yorkshire, England by the experienced Geneva service team.

Free Annual Service:

Geneva Instruments will provide an annual service to all their customers to ensure the Geneva instrument purchased is maintained to the highest standards. It also guarantees that all customers continue to enjoy the ideal playing experience synonymous with Geneva for many years to come.

The free annual instrument service is valid on all Geneva musical instruments.

All work is guaranteed to be of the highest standards and carried out by our highly skilled service team.

12 Months Insurance:

All Geneva Instruments are insured on a specially designed policy with BBIS, who have more than 30 years’ experience in issuing special musical instrument policies on behalf of AVIVA — one of the country’s leading insurers.

Every Geneva Instrument policy provides cover for "any accident" or "any misfortune" including theft, accidental damage or loss. Unlike many other insurance policies it does not matter whether the instrument is owned by a professional, amateur or student musician. The policy covers new for old.

The Geneva Instruments Lifetime Guarantee, Free Annual Service and Free 12 Months Insurance are unique offers unmatched by any other brass musical instrument manufacturer.
