Yorkshire champion gains television exposure

The newly crowned Yorkshire champion, Carlton Main Frickley Colliery has been celebrating their success on regional television.

The newly crowned Yorkshire Regional champion, Carlton Main Frickley Colliery was featured on the BBC Regional news programme ‘Look North’ this week.

Proud chairman

Just a couple of days after their famous victory at St George’s Hall, they were filmed at their bandroom with a proud Chairman, Ray Sykes, explaining about the costs that they now face in playing at the National Finals at the Royal Albert Hall in October.
